You do not need all of this to call. Half of it is the usual starting point, and the scan is for the rest. This is what helps most.
DoHave ready
- Photos of the area. The spot itself, and a wider one so we can see the room. Put something in the picture for scale, like a tape measure.
- Where it is. The address or the nearest town.
- What you want done. A round hole, a square opening, a length of cut, and what it is for.
- What it is in. A floor, a wall, a ceiling or a driveway.
- How thick the concrete is, if you know. If you do not, say so.
- What is in or under it, if you know. Drawings, even old ones. A panel nearby, a floor drain, in-floor heat.
- Access and timing. Whether the area is clear and reachable, and when the next trade needs the opening.
Do notSkip these
- Do not guess at what is inside the concrete. Say "not sure". A scan finds what is there before anything is cut.
- Do not hold the call until you have it all. Tell us what you know and we will sort out the rest.
- Do not worry about the trade name for the cut. Describe the hole or the opening you need and we will tell you which method it is.
A short list, not a quote. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
